Mcdonald's

I ordered online but I was in the store. Everyone was very respectful to the workers. The first thing I noticed when I stepped in was that there was a large crowd. I had to use the bathroom and so when I walked in the toilets were disgusting. When I came out and was taking the orders of my friends the woman taking orders was so disrespectful and rude to everyone. She was yelling and had such an attitude and blamed it on the store being understaffed. There's no excuse to be rude to paying customers who are entering your business. The environment was harsh and hostile and if I were to ever come by Alabaster again this would be one of the last places that I would come to for food. They were out of everything, it was dirty, and the workers were just rude.

Waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes to try to pick up a mobile order at the speaker and had to leave without being able to speak to anyone. Was stuck because I couldn't leave my car to go inside to cancel the order or cancel from the app. Drive thru process here is horrendous, employees generally fine whenever I'm here

The only redeeming thing about this McDonalds is that their dining room was clean. That’s probably because only one couple was dining in. The order kiosks did not work. We stood at the counter for five minutes waiting on a cashier. We ordered three caramel sundaes which were cups of vanilla ice cream with a teaspoon of caramel on the top. The guy mopping the floors literally dumped the dirty mop water right at the entrance door. The two bathroom stalls were disgusting.

This is by far THE WORSE McD that I have ever eaten at. You double the prices and half the services!! Shame on u and your rude servers. Cold food!! Horrible!

Everything about this McDonald’s is awful customer service is ridiculous ordering is pitiful people pulling off because they can’t place an order the only person that helped me and fixed my food was a guy name Otis I asked him what his name was and thanked him for helping me because it was a disaster I will not be revisiting.
