I left a 1 bc meal was fantastic. The lady that delivered our food was rude. I asked about the biscuits and she told me they was $6.99 if I wanted any biscuits. But ended up bringing us 1 a piece after I said something. Threw them on the table and walked off. I definitely won't be goin back to the alabaster location. It was my husband's first time there and the experience was horrible. Brisket sandwich was fantastic. View all feedback.
Always the best Brisket and Cheese Biscuits. I've never had a bad meal here..... And just FYI, Katie was so very nice.....
Food was served on large tray on paper place mat. This made the food stick to it and ended up having paper in our BBQ. Very small portion for $50 for 2!

Like the BBQ pulled sandwiches and smoked wings with onions ring
Their brisket is by far the best in the area. We are from Texas so it is common to find brisket back home but not so common here in Alabama but typically it is not cooked right. We come here just about weekly and I haven't had a bad brisket yet. We do prefer the marbled because it has a ton of more flavor. My husband gets a half a chicken chopped and it is juicy and tasty. I have been known to steal a piece or two. We also usually get a small salad with our meal and it is super fresh and we enjoy the toppings they put on it just makes a drab salad yummy. My son gets the onion rings with his brisket platter and also the fries. I am not a fries person but they are also good. The service is always fantastic and they are very attentive. We like the new setup better with ordering when you walk in it is much faster. It is a fan fave of ours. Update: We came back for yet another weekly visit and brisket was still phenomenal.
