Unmotivated and rude crew. Knowingly gave me two orders of fries instead of mozz sticks. I received an attitude from the start, I would’ve been understanding if they simply said they did not have it. Would not waste my money here, never a good experience especially at night. View all feedback.
The lobby was really clean and the staff were awesome.i just tried the bacon melt yummy.
It's 2pm on a Tuesday and they are closed? They must not want their business to succeed at all huh? Worst fast food place to ever exist
Absolutely TERRIBLE service. As I went through the driver though, I was greeted bluntly and had a hard time getting my order taken. I had to repeat myself after a long moment of silence from the other end and as I asked for a SMALL drink, I simply was told we have large . I asked again, again the same response. I then asked if there was a medium cup and she rudely replied We have LARGE . I said ok and waited to be charged. As I waited, to no surprise, there were cups in a variety of sizes in plain sight and I kept seeing the workers stare at a screen above the drinks with a disgusted look. Apparently, they were upset about something with a customer and were unprofessional about it. The person whom I assume was the manager, had a nasty attitude and another man who looked like he works in the kitchen, said something in Spanish--and it was obvious he thought it was amusing. I 'm not sure what kind of business they think they 're running but denying a small cup and wanting to force you into a large is quite unethical. I hope there is some kind of management overlooking them because customer service is terrible.
I'll get the food because it's convenient but everytime I go to the window whoever's there looks so miserable like they hate their job.
Helen was so extremely pleasant and friendly. That was very refreshing to see in fast food these days. I hope BK knows what an asset they have in her.
