The customer service is always friendly and efficient. I never wait more than 15 minutes for a walk in order. The chicken is cooked fresh to order. The only thing is they can't keep Cole slaw on hand. Harold's to me is the Chicken, mild sauce, jalapeno peppers, and Cole slaw. Without the Cole slaw something is missing from the meal. However ,thank you for being on point most Harolds service is not a good experience. View all feedback.

I went to the Harold's in Matteson, and I was very disappointed !! My half white order of chicken was dry, and was not fresh , and had no taste. I witness the cook put some already cooked chicken back in the fryer and ,also no coleslaw, same thing with the chicken tenders. I won't go back there again !!! View all feedback.
I went to Harold’s Chicken Shack in Matteson, IL on Lincoln Hwy and the customer service was amazing and I didn’t have to wait long for my order. I legit was in and out (in less than 10 minutes) and my food was still fresh. This review is for Ernest. Great job and to everyone there! I definitely rate this location 5 Stars.
The food was great and fresh as usual. Customer service was on point. I asked for extra barbecue sauce, and I paid for it. The barbecue sauce that I paid for is Sweet Baby Ray's, which is not the same sauce they put on the food in the restaurant. You should let people know it's not the same sauce. Thank you
Large perch dinner only comes with 3 pieces now and was over cooked. The wings still have feathers in them.
ONE OF THE MALE COOKS GAS LONG DRRADS AND DOESNT WEAR A HAT OF HAIR NET WHICH IS INDICATED. I WOILD HAVE COMPLAINED TO MGMENT BUT DIDNT KNIW HOW.
The food was fresh and the staff was polite and fun. I'm so glad I was able to experience a taste of home while visiting.
