What Ben Campbell doesn't like about Al's Fine Dining:
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I got sick and threw up in their bathroom. The service was poor, and the overall atmosphere was not pleasant. The meal type was lunch, with a price range of $10–20 per person. Overall, I would not recommend this place. View all feedback.
Last night was fantastic. My family was new to the area and stopped at a local motel. We were recommened by the motel (Budget Inn and Suites) to come to the place for dinner. We came and we were impressed by the interior of the place.t looked like The Wheel (a place) back home. We were told to sit at a table and we had excellent service of the food. The waitress had explained everything in good detail and came back a lot to make sure that everything was great. As well as that the food with incrediable. So anyone that reads this I would accually say this place gets a 10 out of 5.
Love coming here try to make it every weekend. Love the food and the people are super nice. Very family friendly place.
The food was good and the portion size was great. The service was wonderful
The food is excellent! Service is great. The ambience is spectacular. Very well managed facility. The restoration is a lost art that can be found here.
Just ate at Al's for the first time since I have been working in the are since April from Kankakee to Granville for the railroad I have been trying to find something decent to eat for lunch or breakfast..so far no restaurant has been good enough for me to return. I grew up in the restaurant industry and Italian family and I cook from scratch so I know decent food. I had a simple breakfast two eggs over easy, hash browns and links and my breakfast is absolutely perfect! Now I know some very good restaurants in Chicago that when interviewing a chef the first thing we ask is to cook and egg..sounds simple but Al's chef made some great eggs!! I will be back to try lunch and look forward to returning in the future!! Waitresses were very polite and the restaurant was clean!! Great job Al's.
