Shout out to Natalie for being a super server, and hostess the cooks for doing an excellent job ? The pizza was thick, with a healthy amount of fresh toppings and perfectly cooked for that classic cheese pull! Can't wait to come back again. Thank you! View all feedback.
What giovanni Busetta doesn't like about Giordano's:
I just pre-ordered a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day, and I also had the appetizer platter. The pizza I can't complain about, I love Giordano's pizza, since I was a kid, but I don't know what happened with the appetizers, the cheese triangles were cold, the cheese bread was the worst and I'm still paying for it. I do not know what kind of cheese they out on the cheese bread, but I'll tell you this, it was not... View all feedback.
I used their website to order a pizza for delivery. Instead of getting my pizza after paying the delivery fee and tip, I was forced to pick cold pizza up from the restaurant when no one delivered it. Then I was blamed for it even though their website is broken. They stole my tip and never returned it. I will never order from this lying restaurant again. Keep the fee and the tip.
The stuffed pizza was mid , the dough had no flavor .
I 'm a huge Giordano 's fan, but not of this location. We ordered two pizzas to-go on Friday night. One of the pizzas was a thin crust with green olives and pepperoni ON TOP OF THE CHEESE. I must have said it about 3x to the phone clerk to PLEASE put the pepperoni on top of the cheese. He said Yeah, yeah, yeah, I got it here. On top of the cheese. We pick up our pizza around 8:30PM, I get home, and surprise, the pepperoni is under the cheese. At this point, it 's 9PM, I 'm pregnant, tired, have an angry tired toddler who is up past her bedtime and I 'm not going to eat this pizza.I called Giordano 's right away and asked to just get a refund because I wasn 't going to eat the pizza...First, they wanted to give a credit. I said No, thank you. I live half an hour away. I never really go toward Streamwood on a regular basis. Second, they wanted me to come out and pick up a new pizza. Again, no thank you, I have an angry toddler, I 'm exhausted, and I 'm pregnant. I 'm not driving another hour roundtrip.Last, they wanted to deliver me another pizza, which would arrive at 10:15PM... Which would be beyond the point because I 'm hungry NOW, not in 1.25 hours.I ended up finally get transferred to a manager and I 'm like Listen, I 'm not going to eat this pizza. I can send you guys a picture of this pizza to show you that I 'm not lying and the pepperoni is, in fact, under the cheese. I just want a refund because I hardly ever go out that way and the likelihood of me coming back to this Giordano 's is very low. If you guys want the pizza back, I can put it on the porch and you guys can pick up and take it back. It 's not even touched. The manager says No, I believe you, but there is no way for me to do a partial refund on an order. I find that VERY HARD to believe. So I was offered a cash refund, which now I have to drive one hour roundtrip, pregnant and with a toddler in the car by myself, to go pick up.It just seems like they will do anything to not refund your money. And if you insist on the refund, they will make it as inconvenient as possible for you to get your money back. Thanks, Giordanos!
We picked up a frozen spinach yesterday. It was absolutely disgusting. What a rip off. $28.00. These use to be so full of flavor with twice the ingredients. There was nothing Deep about this deep dish. We're done with this place. What a shame, it use to be our favorite. Small wonder why the place was empty on a Saturday.
In my opinion they have one of the BEST stuffed pizzas in Chicagoland.
