Chili's Grill - Streamwood

Ordered three times. Each time they forgot a corn on the cob. Then tonight I get a old timer with cheese with only tomatoes because I’m allergic to onions and the send me a burger with NO CHEESE and ONLY ONIONS on it. Seriously? How are they still inbusiness when obviously the managers don’t care what the employees do. It’s pathetic and I will never go back to anotherone.

Gave this location a few tries, but was pretty disappointed in the overall experience. Staff does not seem happy to serve, wait time is exceptionally long most times, even when slow, and serve ware is very dirty. You can feel the grime with your finger. Wealso found a floater in a water with ice, which is a sign of the overall cleanliness of this location. Food was the most decentpart here, but not worth to come back because of the overall experience.

I did a pickup order, and my food was completely cold—not even a little warm. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta, but it was nowhere near spicy; the seasoning felt like it was just sprinkled on top of the chicken. The garlic bread tasted like plain bread with no flavor. I also got the chili, which was disappointing as well. It was overly salty, and the top looked burnt, possibly from being microwaved or left out too long. I'm frustrated that I left a tip on my online order for such terrible food. What a letdown!

I really enjoyed the bottomless chips, soup, and salad for just $9.89 during lunch (they recently updated their menu; it used to be $9.19 all day). Plus, thanks to the Chili's app, you can get a free fountain drink! The service could have been a little more attentive, but the food was definitely worth the wait.

The food was very good, and the service was decent, although we had different servers during our visit. I requested an additional drink for my son, but it never arrived. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.
