They offer a delightful variety of both savory and sweet flavors, but I opted for the savory ones. I tried the beer BBQ pork (which pairs perfectly with ranch sauce), picadillo beef, and the seasonal Thanksgiving dinner option. All I can say is—I’ll definitely be returning to this gem! When I arrived, there was a slight wait, but I was glad I stuck it out. They also have seating available on the side, and I was impressed by how clean the bathrooms were! Wouldn't it be great if they opened a location in Phoenix?

The service was exceptional, and the restaurant has a charming atmosphere with truly outstanding food. If you have the chance, do yourself a favor and order more than you think you’ll want—you won’t regret it! We liked it so much that we returned the next day for more. We were a big group and tried nearly everything on the menu. Be sure to get some to take home and share with friends as well. The scenic drive leads to this wonderful roadside treasure! Make the trip and savor some fantastic food.

It was worth the wait.The Philly steak and ham and cheese were a little salty but the sweet pies were perfect. Not very sweet. Gotta have these again next time from Payson to Winslow.

The ladies working were fantastic and so funny, singing along to Eminem on the speakers! The empanadas though: I had the vegetarian breakfast one and the bean one. OMG. They were delicious!! I highly recommend stopping in to check it out. Such a great experience.
