Stratton Mountain Market Deli

I was very pleasantly surprised by their quality, prices, and selection. The woman who waited on us has been there twenty three years. She was very friendly and went above and beyond with her helpfulness! I would highly recommend it!

Can't believe what I saw. Regular customer at Deli. Saw the cashier Liz yelling at a girl who asked for a cup because the soup for her young child was too spicy. She almost walked out crying. Liz insulted her in front of young children and customers. Unacceptable! Never not be back!

I feel so insulted!! I took my two young kids to have lunch there on their break from ski seasonal program. The chili soup was way too spicy that day for my son so I ran to the front, the lady named Liz and asked her if I can get a cup for coffee, I said I will give the cup to my son and I WILL get in line right away and pay for it since the soup is too spicy and he needs something to gobble it down with. She reluctantly gave it to me and gave me an ultimatum when I did pay for it afterwards, after waiting in line for another 15 mins. The fact that she insulted me in front of my children is really heartbreaking. All I wanted was to get the cup and then get on line and pay for it. Is it too much to ask? We have been there the entire season. It really made me feel very upset. This should not be the way they treat their customers. Both of my kids saw this and asked me why we were treated this way. I loved exploring this market and the loads of beverage options to select from for washing down one of the deli sandwiches in the cafe. I had the cheesesteak and with a Pellegrino to wash it down. It wasn't the best cheesesteak but it was good enough. The lady who took our order was extremely friendly and brought the food out to our outside table. One of my friends ordered a chicken salad sandwich which was huge and delicious. The location of the cafe enabled us to watch all the activity in the mall.

Such a nice little nook in the shopping area of Stratton Mountain. A huge range of variety for the deli meats and the types of sandwiches and bread there. Loved the sandwich I got and thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of the eating area. Only complaint is how early it closes! Can't wait to be back there soon
