Pizza Hut - Strathroy

Ordered delivery. They confirmed the order and it never arrived. After waiting for over an hour I called several times and no one answered the phone. Would not recommend.

Pizza was terrible. For large pizza , small portion with cheese and chicken dissapointed .

I went to the store at 10:45 and i was told that we cannot take order now as it takes atleast 10-15 minutes to prepare an order and we are so close to our closing time. So basically i dont understand if you guys are not serving customers after 10:45 why you guys are even open till 11?? Just for informing the customers that we cannot take order as we are closing in 10-15 mins. I told that lady who was on front that you guys are still open till 11 then also she was having an audacity to say that yes but it will take 10 mins for making the order so i am sorry. .Non sense!Saturday night. 22nd AprilKid-friendliness: No sense.

This is the most mismanaged pizza hut in Ontario. I have never had worse service from any other chain restaurant. Do not bother ordering. You will not receive your food and they will take your money. They will not answer the phone. Call Andy's, Godfather, Little Ceasars, and Dominos all better options.

Possibly the worst pizza experience ever…Ordered delivery, was quoted 20-30 minutes, almost an hour later our cold order arrived and was incorrect, we ordered 2 pizzas with meats on top of the cheese, and a garlic bread, we got very cold pizza with meat under the cheese, and a cheese bread, I called and they said, “oh yeah, we didn’t have garlic bread, so I just made you cheese bread “. Asked for a refund, they don’t offer that, even though it wasn’t what we ordered, so went to the Pizza Hut and demanded a refund, they said they couldn’t do it, or even contact a manager… I refused to leave, and suddenly they were able to offer a refund.Found out the next day that they tried to deliver to my neighbour, and he said that’s the house beside, and he took off and cameBack and found the correct house, yes, 18 is beside 16, crazy.Pizza Hut is probably the worst pizza place in strathroy, and that’s saying something, because the other pizza places are also junk, but not compared to Pizza Hut
