Owner terrible with staff calls them names in the kitchen at the busyness it is over dinner trying to expedite 15 orders at a time

When we arrived at 6:40 we were told a 10-15 minute wait for a table. They got us seated fairly quickly (I would say before 7pm) and took our drink orders however that was the end of our service being even close to decent. We went as a family of 3 adults and 3 kids. They took our orders and then disappeared for a very long time. One adult received a refill of their drink but another asked for one and it was never brought to them. We had to ask after another 15 minute wait and the waitress was off doing other things for the refill to be brought to the table. Around 8 pm the waitress finally came and said she had spoken to the kitchen staff and was trying to get the kids food out at least but the bar side was very busy so the kitchen was very slow. The adults didn't get our food until nearly 8:30. People at tables who were seated after us in the dining room were brought their food and were able to eat and leave before we even seen any of our food. When the kids needed the bathroom we walked past a table in the bar side with 8 people that were seated after us were also leaving when we were just getting our food. After all the waiting (nearly 2 hours) the only thing we received was free refills on the kids chocolate milk and repeated apologies about the wait and how the kitchen was so overwhelmed because the bar was so busy. Thank goodness my children were able to behave and be patient when they were that hungry. Then able to stay patient while we are since they were essentially done by the time our food even arrived. The food itself was okay however the lemonade we received as the drink for one of the adults was absolutely awful. I am uncomfortable with confrontation so was unable to demand to speak to management but I desperately wish I had the nerve because their service today was horrendous and quite frankly pathetic.

In town for business and my clients suggested Crabby ' s close to their place. We had a variety of food and everything came as expected with good service. Not much more to say. Would go back.

I used to come here back when they first opened, had some bad experiences, ND have not been here in years.I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it this time.They have some good healthy options on the menu for folks who are avoiding gluten or carbs.I got a Mediterranean salad with chicken, and it came with a block of feta cheese which was light and fluffy - lots of olives for the saltiness you need in a Greek Salad. Too many onions though, that's the only negative thing I have to say about it.The French Onion Soup was incredible, maybe one of the best I've had. Price was good, cheese was a generous and the broth was great. It was very filing even though it was a decent portion.My dad had a BLT and he was commenting on how he was impressed at the quality or the bacon and turkey.He also couldn't stop bragging about how good his grave was.The staff were cheerful and helpful, it must be under new management.I couldn't decide between the French Onion Soup and the Thai Chicken Soup, and the waitress surprised me with a small bowl of the Thai Chicken soup to try so I'd know for next time.I will probably start coming back here more now.

Usually have there specials an my favorite is the wings but the ribs are excellent too. Prices are mid range an food is good . Nice bar atmosphere and other half a nice family atmosphere.
