Horrible service. They claim hot and ready now but I 've learnt I have to call in advance for a lunch combo over a typical lunch hour. Today I called in an order for a lunch special with 20 mins notice. And when I arrived to pick it up I witnessed them sell the one and only lunch combo in the rack which I assume was my order. Then they tell me I need to wait while I watch them start another.. the young lady working the front avoided me then gave me dirty looks after I declined the tip option. Which by the way, strathmore 's little ceasers is the only little ceasers I 've ever seen a tip option.
