Dairy Queen Brazier - Strathmore

Don't really buy meals out of here but tend to buy dessert. The ice cream is great what ever way you have it. Family favorite is the skor treatsa pizza.

One time we visited this DQ and it was dirty (food on the floor, no tables wiped) so we complained to someone and they threw a mitt full of free dinners our way. Shortly after, we used the first batch of free meals and the place was OK.Today's visit: the place was spotless, washroom and hallway included. Thank you. I expressed appreciation to supervisor Tamara and she was pleased we were pleased.We were also pleased with Kayleen and Francesca's counter service. Nice kids. They were polite and accommodating, so much so that they offered to delay the ice cream desserts so we could eat our meal at leisure.Yes, we'd go back.

I regularly visit this location and always enjoy my treats. I even make requests for items not on the menu (substitutions) and they always are willing to comply. Thanks for the great service!

I had a chicken sandwich and the lettuce was discolored and obviously rotten. Poutine was not very warm. gravy was not hot enough to melt the cheese and the fries on the bottom were cold. My husband had a cheese burger and the lettuce on his burger was also rotten! This dairy queen employs a lot of kids and they just didn't seem to care about the customers at all...maybe an adult supervisor present might help!
