Sun's Kitchen - Strathfield
Sun's Kitchen
Description
This Chinese fast food outlet offers a variety of dishes and desserts, including yum cha delicacies. The golden yellow Chinese egg cakes in the display caught my attention, and I found them to be a sweet eggy treat surrounded by light, flaky pastry. Located near Crystal Jade Seafood Restaurant, this place even offers B-Class yum cha for those wanting to skip the wait. While the dishes may not be the most visually appealing, the food still meets the brand's quality standards. Overall, the food was described as marginally better than similar options in terms of flavor, but still lacking in taste. However, the prices are very cheap, making it a great option for those on a budget. With a rating of 4 for food and service, this place offers a decent meal for a reasonable price.

Food was hard to chew. I was only there to try the spring rolls but somehow I walked out with a set and the spring rolls because of the confusion on the whole ordeal of ordering the introvert in me didn't wanna explain further. Chinese is best rude in the world Don 't go Food very dirty Service very bad Chinese girl throw spoon and food.
One thing I don't get is when you pay full price they deliberately put less. When they sell everything cheap near end of trading they fill it packed like there's no tomorrow. Maybe try looking after customers who pay full price. Never going there again!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
3.1 Walked by and thought the Yum Cha items looked amazing and fresh. Resisted first visit, didn 't the second. I bought 3 x Harm Sui Gok . It 's the Glutinous Rice Dimplings that are Chewy. Expensive though at $2.50 each. Egg Tarts also look amazing, as well as the Sesame Balls. Taste wise, it was okay.
