Lauder's - Strathaven

We visited the unique restaurant and eat is perfectly cooked. service is 10 stars. everything. everyone is on the ball for their needs and eating is better than maximes in london and paris. decor is on a par with hollywood. we also love the outdoor skiing scenes and surroundings.Sitting rooms magnificent furnishings and wonderful colors. will often be back.

I only been here for dinner but my experience was amazing. Food very very delicious and all staff very helpful. Great time and beautiful place to spend some time. I will comeback for sure

Attended a wedding today, can only describe the attention from the moment we entered to the completion of the wedding as 5* The meal was second to none. Would certainly recommend this establishment A very big thank you to all staff.

Had a very nice stay here while visiting friends. The staff were absolutely superb, courteous, polite and had a very friendly attitude. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and warm. If I was being very picky the rooms were a little bit on the tired side but you have to take in to consideration that the building itself is very old. We had breakfast on both mornings which was very good, there was plenty to choose from standard toast/continental through to a full cooked breakfast (warning: no beans or black pudding). Our evening meals were also excellent, on our last night I had Shin of beef which was awesome. Being that it's practically the only hotel in the town they didn't seem to rest on their laurels and I would definitely recommend this hotel, and also take in to account that I'm writing this review while COVID is still creating havoc in the hospitality industry. So excellent job all round I would say.

We had a birthday dinner here and everything was delicious Didn't stay overnight so can't comment on them. Complements to the chef
