Diners appreciate the attentive staff, diverse menu, and enjoyable ambiance, especially for gluten and lactose-free options. However, some patrons voice concerns over high prices and lackluster service, claiming it no longer embodies the lively pub spirit it once had. While many enjoyed delightful meals and friendly service, others lamented the absence of staff and the steep cost of drinks. It’s a mixed bag, with some recommending this establishment for its charm, while others suggest exploring nearby alternatives.

Went here as a change from Leamington. And was it worth it . Great location next to the River Avon so nice views over the moored boats. The atmosphere was nice in this historic building. The staff were friendly and left you to enjoy your meal and the atmosphere. Nice that there was a hint of music enabling you to have a normal conversation...unlike some places. The food was lovely. Great range of food so you should be able to find something that you like. Good portions and very memorable. Price was not too bad either for the quality. Will go back.
