On the contrary to the lady before but I've observed and experienced a very warm and accomodating experience with this venue. I watched team cooperating, chefs coming down to inform of options available... Great atmosphere
Oh my god. What a shame. Nice pub. Nice location. But the service was so awful that I thought I was on Candid Camera. The two staff members that were there were offensively rude, unhelpful and ruined our time there. I really don't understand how they could feel so confident in being so wildly inappropriate and rude.
A great place to have drinks and socialise. Staff here are very lovely and would definitely recommend. Amazing ambience atmosphere!
My friend and I came for a bottomless brunch and Gregg ensured that we had an amazing time. We enjoyed unlimited drinks and tasty food, with Gregg taking great care of us throughout our visit. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!
So we came here Friday night at about 10.30pm, walked in and was surprised to see how empty it was. We went to the bar and every single craft beer was unavailable. The bar man needed up giving us cans of neck oil and charged us £7 each for the privilege of a warm canned craft beer . . . The pins called the abbey TAP. Toilets were disgusting, dead atmosphere and the bloke in charge of the karaoke was dreadful and didn’t know how to use his equipment . . . Terrible pub
