last year we had many dishes from the Bengal cuisine. the great majority was really good and some dishes were excellent. we have eaten in many bangladeshi/ Indian restaurants in the run of the years and shipston is happy to have this...restaurant at its doorstep. in busy times, the meals can be delayed, but this is the case in many small restaurants and eating is worth waiting. try it in quieter nights. many thanks,... I cook a lot of beautiful Indian food because I just love it. eating from this restaurant is like decor: soulless and tasteless. everything cries that there is absolutely no one interested. I was pleasantly surprised to discover this hidden gem of a restaurant in Shipton-on-Avon. It was beautifully clean and the staff were very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shipton-on-Avon. Be sure to check them out!
I absolutely adore dining at Shipston Bengal. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent.
Decent curry restaurant with average quality. It's acceptable, but not up to the standards of Birmingham city. The food is okay. However, it is too pricey.
Probably not the best Indian in the world, but reasonable, and certainly acceptable. service never less than friendly. remember to bring their own alcohol.
