On July 21st, I had a shocking experience at this restaurant. The manager insisted that I order through the app on my phone, despite my explaining that I have a visual impairment and need to use a large screen. She seemed dismissive and disappeared with a colleague after I expressed my difficulty in using the app. I had to ask again to place my order, and she begrudgingly took it down with pen and paper. I was taken aback by the discrimination I felt in this modern era. Her behavior was disgraceful, and it is evident that she requires further training in customer service and inclusivity. Additionally, I observed her unhygienic practice of touching empty glasses while serving bottomless drinks. This is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. A complaint has been made to the restaurant's head office.

Visited the pizza hut today in Stratford. Disappointing to be honest. Had the buffet. The pizzas were dry, not enough sauce on any of them and all slightly burnt and dry. In fact the worst ones I have ever had there.

The restaurant staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The food was typical of Pizza Hut quality, but the salad bar stood out for its freshness and appeal.

Had a sharer meal for two which consisted of a tasteless meat feast pizza (the pork was described as spicy but there was not a hint of spice) two sides of which the chicken bites were also tasteless and two deserts one of which was a hot chocolate brownie. Who wouldn't expect that to be served hot? Otherwise call it a chocolate brownie! Daughter was disappointed with that, didn't complain but wasn't impressed overall considering what we paid and how much we had looked forward to it. Not a place I would recommend.
