Mcdonald's - Stratford-on-Avon

Shocking customer service Jordan the manager obviously needs some training in customer relations. Staff do not fill you with confidence.

It’s McDonald’s. Quick service and not bad value. Despite being busy we were served very quickly with our ice cream

I didn’t go all the way to Stratford upon Avon to eat a Mac, but we were staying at the PI next door had breakfast there, had our lunch out, didn’t want to eat too much in the evening. So McD it was. MrDW had a Big Mac, I had the wrap, both nice, but 1 wrap would’ve done me. Night 2, it was raining so we popped across to McD, again. This time it was a Big Mac a small Mac. We sat upstairs waited, we could hear a bell going off but the chap who I think was supposed to answer the bell get our food was oblivious as he continued to talk to a girl. I gave it another 10 minutes we went downstairs to see where the food was. It had been sitting there waiting for Mr Can’tStopTalking, it was cold. I told them they binned the lot cooked us fresh food. I ended up with a bigger burger, they gave us 2 free Smartie McFlurry’s . God knows how I managed to eat the flurry as the small pot appeared to be bottomless. She wanted to give us the large ones as well! All the same a mistake made good so not complaining.

This must be worse McDonald's, we have ever been in. Defiantly didt sit and stay, The Floor couldt have been cleaned for a very good while ,Horrendous , as for Decor and Seating thought we had entered a Time Warp. In and Out we went , quite Disturbing .

Poor, slow service and cold food! Won’t bother again with this outlet. Not busy but made to wait 30 minutes for a simple cheeseburger meal with barely a mumbled apology
