I have been coming here for over a year and never had any issues as my id is real, however the past couple of times everyone on the bar has refused to serve me... read more I have been coming here for over a year and never had any issues as my id is real, however the past couple of times everyone on the bar has refused to serve me and my friends, or even take the time to check our id’s. As we walked to the bar one of the bartenders said “why are children in here?” and completely ignored us for over 20 minutes. The bouncer checked our id’s and let us in but the bartenders still refuse to serve us. Very unprofessional. I am disappointed as I am a regular customer. I have also been shouted at to get out without even having checked my id first.

My id was rejected even though i am over 18 and my friends faced the same horrible barrier our night was ruined. They were rude and told us to leave despite being let into the keys a few weeks before with the same id. I feel targeted as i didn’t see any other people other than us being rejected on our ids disgusting.

We were all over 18, and the bouncer at the door checked all of our IDs and let us in, yet the bartender refused to serve us. She was very rude and didn’t even bother checking whether our IDs were real, just flat out refused us based on what we ‘looked’ like. Very rude in handling and called us all ‘young junk’. Felt very offended and not even considered. We have been served here before but would never come here again. Spoke to a ‘person in charge’ but was still refused. Do not come here, rude staff and not worth it.

On... read more My husband and I are in holiday in Stratford and was told the keys was the place to go, so we went there and had an enjoyable night the live music was great. Only a couple of small things the drinks were very overpriced, and my husband was offered a ‘line’ in the toilets and could hear sniffing coming from inside the toilet itself. At the end of the night when we left, everyone was outside the bouncers/security removed everyone, this man whom I’m guessing was the manager came outside screaming and shouting swearing at customers who’d been in the pub to move and leave the street, not only that you could hear him continue shouting in the pub was a tense end to the night, when he could’ve asked everyone to move respectfully or spoken to his bouncers who could’ve removed everyone in a kinder manner. Overall was a good night apart from that, would come back if we came back to Stratford.
