What Ren264 doesn't like about Arrow Mill:
Ambience, decor, and decor are all fabulous, but it's the poor service that needs attending to. There were plenty of staff on today, and it wasn't over busy, but we had to ask twice for service which is not good enough. Our friends had to wait well over an hour for their main course as we had a starter, and they were not impressed. I hope this improves by next week as I'm due to meet another friend here. But if it do... View all feedback.
Lovely old mill property . Great atmosphere inside and conservatory area outside in the garden for warmer months. Food is good something for everyone. This is situated close to Stratford on Avon.

But if it doesn't I will chase staff into attendance, and you'll probably get a bad TripAdvisor too. I suggest you take heed!
A wonderful location, a beautiful building, really tasteful rural decor and a fantastic dining experience. That's how I would sun up Arrow Mill. Ok, it's a chain, but don't let that put you off. I felt the menu was superb offering a really good combination of the usual pub grub and a few dishes that you wouldn't find in other chains (Rabbit Fritters and Game Faggots etc). We had the baked camembert to start which was served with plenty of fresh bread and wonderful chutney. We followed that up with the children's chicken tenders and an adults fish and chips, both dishes being tasty, fresh and cooked to perfection. The best part was that the bill was nowhere near where we thought it would be, on a good way. We felt our total was more than reasonable for what we had. We loved it so much, we've booked for Christmas. That's saying something!
We love this place for its year-round atmosphere. I was inspired to book a reservation after seeing social media ads showcasing the beautiful Christmas decorations. Our request for a table by the fire was promptly accommodated. However, after being seated, we experienced a lack of attentiveness from the server. My husband had to go to the bar to place a drink order, and we had to flag down the server to take our food order. Despite there appearing to be sufficient staff, the service was slow and we felt somewhat neglected.
Visited for the first time with my husband and a firend, to celebrate my husband's birthday. I had read reviews saying the staff were rude and unhelpful, so did wonder how it would be. However, everyone who served us was polite, efficient and very pleasant. The food was very enjoyable and the prices reasonable. The general ambiance of the place is delightful, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you it was worth the drive to get there
