Sadie’s Place Diner - Stratford

My second time there! Owner and wait staff is welcoming, food is good! They ran out of hot sauce and made some concoction of hot sauce which I thought was thoughtful. My son’s wrap was a little burnt and they took it off the bill and offered to make another one. The prices are good the place is clean! We will be back!

My husband and I absolutely love Sadie's Place and highly recommend it. We come here several times a month and the owners and waitresses always remember us and ask about our family. My husband gets the cornedbeef hash omelette and I get the pancakes but all of their food is fantastic. It's pretty amazing to walk in and feel that friendly and homie vibe. If you haven't been yet, don't wait! They are extending their hours soon and we couldn't be more excited.

Cute little diner in town by the train station. Easy access but tucked away in the plaza with a small sign so easy to miss if you don't know what you're looking for. Standard eggs/breakfast sandwich/pancakes brunch with some over the top waffle/french toast options. Happy to customize orders, I got a corned beef and cheese omelette and it was great. Also has a dog/burger/specialty sandwich lunch menu. Good beverage options and BYOB if you want a weekend brunch like me today. Liquor store across the parking lot. Very nice and attentive staff, saw to me as soon as I sat down, never let me have an empty coffee cup, and even the chef came over to check on me between flipping food on the grill. Worth a stop, I'll be back with the Mrs. later!

Homespun Diner: Clean, nice people, nice food, fair price, honest owner who is proud of what he does. My kind of place.
