This is the second time they screwed it up with my order, took 14 min for a croissant, they delete by mistake. 2 months ago they didn 't have what I want (Avocado toast), first time I ordered a decaff and they didn 't give me Again what I want. View all feedback.

The main issue with this location is the overall speed of the employees. Regardless of the time of day, my order is never ready when I arrive, and I've had to wait over 10 minutes to receive my items, even after ordering through the app. It seems that some retraining and a greater sense of urgency would be beneficial for several team members at this location.
Every time I come to this place, the women are always so helpful, but I have unfortunately experienced that the male manager is too often rude for them, I feel really bad for those employed.
They have a child here, he prepares the coffee with one hand, the other he holds on his pocket: this could be cool on his book, but it is disgusting for customers:
Finally great service tonight. Staff was friendly and funny. Coffee was on point even at 7 PM.
Always nice friendly here. They?re quick and efficient.
