The fries were not crispy and seemed to be frozen and store-bought. They also forgot part of my order, bringing it back cold when reminded.

It is unfortunate that, even though they have a well-organized pre-ordering system through their user-friendly app, orders are not ready on time. The last order is taken at 7:30 pm, but it is not usually ready until 7:45 pm.
