Triangle is a restaurant where locals come together with tourist. in the old part of the city, but off the beaten path, triangle has a pleasant atmosphere, and... read more Triangle is a restaurant where locals come together with tourist. in the old part of the city, but off the beaten path, triangle has a pleasant atmosphere, and a beautiful buzz and feeling. the menu had English translation, and there are specialities on the board....Carnivores and vegetarians have to eat here, but the menu favors local meat dishes with very fresh ingredients. we ordered suppening, fresh pasta with mushrooms, salad with chicken, local fish and other items that were all quite good. the wine list is not huge, but it includes the basics and is reasonable. beer is surely the drink to order. the tables are a bit close and the restaurant can be warm, but it is a good place to add their lists when in salzburg. we had a reservation they honor. they can choose to sit outside, but be prepared for the smokers.
