It's a shame, however, that the establishment isn't accessible. In a wheelchair, the step at the entrance would have been an insurmountable obstacle without strong friends to help. Far from simply describing this unfortunate situation, I am ready, with the support of occupational therapists and accessibility specialists, if you are open to the idea, to consider solutions (without necessarily resorting to expensive platforms, etc. to address this problem.
