We stumbled on this place during our brief stay in Strasbourg in late October when the restaurant we were going to head to was booked up (do not underestimate a... read more We stumbled on this place during our brief stay in Strasbourg in late October when the restaurant we were going to head to was booked up (do not underestimate advice for booking reservations in advance in France!). It must have been fate. Even though we arrived about an hour before closing, we were greeted with many fresh options and wonderful conversation. While we waited for the pizza, I picked out a great Belgian beer from the assortment of colas, beer and win and then flipped through some great magazines and recipe books (in French, English and Italian). I forget all of the combos of pizzas we had, but the vegetable toppings were high quality and the crust was perfect. The restaurant owner and chef, Daniel, also offered us focaccia, which was even more delicious than the pizza. Last but not least, we tried desert pizza - and it was heaven sent. Chocolate and banana and pear. Our dining experience was even more memorable because the owner talked to us at length, and he even offered our friends who ate elsewhere some bread on the house. Above and beyond! I would recommend this place to any vegan!

I try my best with the French speaking, but do battle, the patient of the owner was very encouraging (and his English is beautiful, which has proven helpful) would recommend everyone and will definitely be.
