Novotel Centre Halles Restaurant

Ignore the Building work at the moment, this is a lovely hotel, spacious well designed rooms, very clean, great nights sleep and situated well in the centre of the City

I really like this hotel. The room is nice and good quality easy to access WiFi is included. Breakfast is very good. I appreciate the location within walking distance of many of Strasbourg’s historical destination including the cathedral. As I had some weekend free time this was a useful feature not to mention many nearby restaurants.

The frame is nice service also but the quality of the ingredients, the presentation on plate, seasoning and cooking its very mediocre damage.For me it is not a restaurant.

Very nice discovery for a restaurant located in the novotel hotel of the halls square. Very nice frame. service is really excellent and very professional. the dishes were refined and excellent. small flat, a lashes or a hair on my husband's endives, but the incident was quickly resolved and a commercial gesture was offered to us. I also recommend their wine, an organic rosé that was excellent.

Quality/price of dishes at the height of the badge. The service is very professional. Too bad that the setting is a little impersonal (too much hotel atmosphere).
