Excellent restaurant located in a 16c building. The ambience is great. Service is perfect in a profesional and traditional way. You shouldn't miss it. Food is a traditional alsacian. everyone told us to go. it was a bit of a hassle to make reservations. having been turned away by the owner Francois a bit snobby prior to a local friend then getting us a table. he also did not make us feel welcome once arrived. food was good, service too, nothing excellent... I like places that showcase hospitality, this one certainly did not. View all feedback.
A beautiful traditional restaurant of strasburg where you can enjoy a delicious sauerkraut! service is efficient and in small care. We had a good time!

Beautiful place. Refined cuisine. Excellent shock. Nice, intelligent and effective white gloves servers. Excellent time in this hotel.
Very disappointed by this restaurant that in the past was very well. Heat shortage and lunch when cold is very unpleasant. The unmangeable sauerkraut, the cabbage was much too acidic, only a small potato cut in two, the charcuterie was pretty good. For dessert an iced kouglof with a special dinner box, we could have a home dessert. Too bad, but we're not coming back. I don't know where the emergency dinner was.
