We are neither vegetarians nor vegans (vegan), but we believe in this movement of the future and our attempts at "veggies" restaurants and our sensitivity are growing. I am surprised, however, about the ideological/doctrinal approach because in all places where we have tasted this kitchen (including all organic salons elsewhere) there is like a kind of "implicit culinary clearance" that could almost translate to: "good public, we make bio/veggie, raise the effort, but, not too much to look at the methods of organisation, I develop: I took a “big American sandwich” at 6 euros (good, already the “American” name for a product supposed to be locavore/vegan/bio, bof what, but there is not the essential...). bread dating from the eve, even from the forequarter, 3 salad leaves, 5 poor carrot shavings, 2 half balls of chick peas dried tomatoes fried, 6 fries of vegetables over and a choice of 3 homemade sauces (very good). a Christian suffocation that prohibits discussion during the meal! the same sensation as with 20 chamallows stuck in the mouth. the same sandwich with fresh bread, or not, but beurred (margarinée what...) and slightly toasted, a generous white sauce that decorates you on your fingers, profusion salad, caramelized vegetables and deglazed with balsamic vinegar, the balls but in a little better served, some fresh coriander leaves, some contrasting red onion lams and a little red onion short, true passion, class and generosity! the vegetable fries barquette (carotte, celery, pdt) is sold at 4 euros, at 3 euros the margin remains nice I suppose, I also know the price of organic vegetables. peas soup like this: too thick, stifling, semi-fade. in summary a lot of good and noble intentions, but a sick taff to seduce and make dream the greatest number. with the current approach, the viandards have beautiful days in front of them...
Very nice restaurant, the products are fresh, everything is homemade and the suggestions are original. I strongly recommend
Excellent. everything is prepared home with fresh products. We can tell you, for example, that brownies are made with several varieties of flour cited.Even organic wine without sulfite is good, which is rare. Go without hesitation. Of course it's a little more expensive, but given the exceptional quality, it's largely justified.
Raphaël is in small care, seeking to combine organic cuisine, vegan if you want, or simply vegetarian, with spicy and/or delicate flavours; A delight! enjoy its new "camionette restaurant." you can soon eat outside the coming spring.
Despite the warm welcome, we had not found the atmosphere and quality of the meal made in December 2013 (group of 25 people
