It's a small restaurant, a couple of tables on the street and a dozen tables inside. There's only six to seven meals. No menu on paper, it's written French on the board. The waiter on the lamance English told us how he could have been about the dishes. We like the food, it's delicious. They also took white wine in a pitcher, and they liked it. Average prices. We were led here by the good reviews on Tripadvisor, and left asking why, why, why The room is no more than ordinary but Strasbourg has dozens of charming, cosy places to eat. Excellent lunch, very warm welcome, I recommend.
The canard was fantastic, cooked perfectly and the avocado sauce went perfectly together. Excellent crème brûlée!
Une soirée sympa avec de très bons plats (risotto aux asperges entre autres) et un service agréable et aux petits soins. Allez y et pas que pour l’absinthe!

Restaurant de type brasserie avec une carte courte mais tout est fait maison et la cuisine est goûteuse et le cuisinier passionné par son métier . Vient en salle et c’est particulièrement appréciable et rare. Le patron aussi est avenant et commerçant . Il peut y avoir un petit délai si le restaurant est complet car le patron (en tout cas ce soir là était seul au service . Seul bémol qui est largement compensé par l’assiette et la convivialité du lieu . Nous y retournerons
