UN GRAND ZÉRO.
(the restaurant has changed and is now called L'Atelier Steakhouse. I don't like to put bad opinions... but now, for the time being, I was disappointed by this restaurant. I was told good. Positive points: pretty red and black decor, sober and elegant. Plates served in good proportions. The negative points: waiting... There were, however, few people, three servers but they seem rather disorganized... Smiling, but really slow... As for the meal, we had taken the rib of maturation beef: cook as we had asked, very good but... almost cold. And the bread, already on the table, was hard (we asked that it be changed, and that without problem. Really bad.
Unfortunately sad experience that eating in this restaurant that no longer crosses the butchery! Unacceptable deadlines for a PRO breakfast scheduled in advance (1 same meal for a small group Person who is said to be responsible that obviously does not have the service and customer satisfaction in its DNA ... Hot dishes, fries with almost 15 minutes of quarter against the almost finished dish etc... The management of priorities is obviously not a force while the restaurant is far from full... I will stop at this observation, far from laudable.

We were there tonight with friends, they don’t know anything about service codes in the room, the products are not terrible quality, it’s expensive for what it is. Don't even talk about desserts, everything's down.
