Fujiyama - Strasbourg

Ordered for 50 euro's for two persons. The only thing that had any taste was the rice. Terrible. Not again

We stopped in here one evening despite not being hungry at all. We shared had miso soup, brouchette, and 12 pieces of sashimi between us washed down with house wine. Despite our small appetite we were welcomed in a warm manner, the food was so good we wished we would have arrived starving! It was a Thursday evening and the restaurant was half full which to me means that it must hold a good local reputation as it was slightly off center. We were also pleased that the wasabi was of full strength as the French have a tendency to mellow it down!

Great mood with good quality food but the service is extremely slow..we've waited 20mins to get each order..so if you're going to order the unlimited menu, it doesn't worth it.

Arrived at the opening to diner, small passage to the toilet to wash your hands. immediately in the mood with a big commission that swelled the toilet...History of getting hungry! (well, it can happen, but at the beginning of service, it's a little. particular.) waitress (unique) nice, but at the limit of exhaustion so there are covers to its load... Too bad one feels a decrease of quality. Lack of finesse, raviolis that a few months ago were delicious, are currently bof bof (farce that has changed and well cramed outside)... damage.

If the frame is mixed (sweet and noisy fans since there is no AC), the furtive welcome (not really warm) and the doubtful hygiene (to see the entrance of the kitchens we prefer not to enter).In the plate? bof . there are plenty of Japanese restaurants of a better level in strasburg, and not necessarily more expensive.
