I've been vegetarian for about 3 years now, for me was hard to find a vegetarian restaurant that actually cooks (the others just put veggies in a plate and tada that's all, and ofc it isn't) today I tasted very good food, and my friend whose not vegetarian ate with me and he loved it too!! The seasoning is great, I like the green sauce of mediterraneo very much. The price of the meal is reasonable in the sightseeing city. Copper Branch is the ultimate debt-free almost food chain, which is 100% vegetable based. their versatile and international menu will please everyone and also satisfy most diehard carnivores. Je recommande à 100%! Nourriture et plats de qualité, service adorable et ambiance cozy. L’emplacement est idéal (dans l’hyper-centre de Strasbourg). Que de points positifs pour cet endroit!
