What Manuel V doesn't like about Bistrot La Grande Dame:
The food is correct, and there are plenty of draught beers. We were there on a Friday night; the restaurant on the first floor was closed because of weak demand, and we were accommodated in the bar on the ground floor. The ambient is very different from the one in the pictures (the actual restaurant). We also have an issue when ordering red wine. I ordered a glass of red wine while they understood a whole bottle. Excellent girl from Wantzenau. Very good cream burnt. Very good reception and impeccable service, smiling and attentive to the manager and the server. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I really like this restaurant and I'm a regular customer. I think we eat very well at a good value for money. The staff is always very friendly.

Good cooking! The upstairs server is just great
Long and unorganized service. Smile! Burned creams waited for 25 min for the end having not taken them and therefore not consuming. But of course, don't disturb the staff! In addition to the card flambées but served only from 15h! Disappointed.
