What User doesn't like about Tea Rooms At Barberstown Castle:
I am unable to provide a rating for the food, drinks, or service at Barberstown Castle. My group, consisting of a mother, two adult daughters, and a 12-year-old daughter, visited the tea rooms hoping to enjoy coffee and cake. However, we were informed by a waitress that children were not allowed in the tea rooms. Despite our confusion and attempts to understand this policy, we were unable to sit and enjoy our visit.... read moreBarberstown Castle offers a charming venue in the lovely Conservatory Tea Rooms, perfect for a relaxing afternoon tea. While the castle itself is a beautiful setting, the inconsistent service and kitchen errors have impacted the dining experience negatively for some visitors. Lunch options include delicious tapas and an array of small plates that are ideal for sharing. The castle is recommended for business meetings, social meetups, and family gatherings, with the lovely grounds adding to the ambiance. Overall, Barberstown Castle seems like a promising dining location, but improvements in service and kitchen management are necessary for a truly exceptional experience.
