This charming old Irish pub serves a fantastic pint of Guinness and delicious Irish stew. I absolutely adore this place!

Guinness, Guinness, and even more Guinness, along with a few sambuca shots in between. Not great for my golf handicap...

The food is fantastic, and the beer garden is lovely. It's not just a spot for smokers. I really hope the KClub doesn't alter the interior too much, as there are so few authentic pubs left.

Great place to meet sad to see it change sorry we missed last nite to great lads best of luck to u both in what ever the future holds des and kieron

As a pub owned by the K Club and rich in history, it unfortunately feels rather dreary. The lounge is a bit better than the bar, but not by much. I remember how this place used to be under its previous ownership, with old-school tables serving as bar tables, and it’s only improved slightly since then. They've made some updates to the courtyard and freshened up the exterior with a coat of paint, but overall, it feels like a small country pub in an affluent area that lacks the comforts and charm one would expect from such a description, despite being owned by a prestigious golf club. The prices are in line with those at the hotel, but don’t expect the interior to reflect that quality. If it weren't for the limited options in the area, this place might have already closed its doors.
