On Saturday, I had the best fries I’ve ever tasted, but today (Tuesday), I had what was likely the worst fries of my life. The contrast between the two experiences is truly astonishing. It seems that many local places face challenges with consistency. I believe it would be beneficial to have a training day where all the chefs come together to prepare every dish on the menu until they can achieve a similar level of quality. I’m sure the cost of doing this would be far less than losing regular customers.

They forgot about us, and we had to remind them that other guests who arrived after us were served before us. They apologized and did their best to make it right, but it did affect our experience. Despite this, the food was excellent, and I would consider going back.
