I made a reservation online and ended up paired w... read more I had a decent experience at this affordable golf course just outside of Gettysburg, which wasn’t busy at all. I made a reservation online and ended up paired with three other golfers who were also strangers to each other. When I checked in at the pro shop, the staff member mentioned that if we wanted our own cart, it would cost $13. Given that the course wasn’t crowded and there were countless unused carts outside, I found the charge puzzling. I questioned why they were enforcing a fee for individual carts during the pandemic, especially since we would be sharing carts with people we didn’t know. The staff member hesitated for a moment before I handed over my card—$13 felt like a small price to pay compared to the risk of Covid. Still, it seems unwise to impose such a charge during these times when there are plenty of carts available. I quickly took off to play by myself before the others arrived and managed to complete my game within two hours. Overall, it was a nice day on the course, but I think they need to reevaluate their policies.

The course was in poor condition. Most of the tee boxes looked like this. The fairways weren’t even mowed and were thicker than my backyard. Additionally, the o... read more The course was in poor condition. Most of the tee boxes looked like this. The fairways weren’t even mowed and were thicker than my backyard. Additionally, the older gentleman at the pro shop was quite rude. I wouldn’t recommend playing here.
