The reviewer absolutely loves the friendly atmosphere and the coffee! They always order a flat white because Chris, Gemma, Emily, and the rest of the team consistently greet them with smiles and make Noah feel right at home.

This is one of the best Costa locations around. While the other shops can be quite noisy and echoey, this little one tucked away in a corner of the business district feels surprisingly cozy. The staff is friendly and has recognized me from previous visits, often anticipating my order. I've noticed that many individuals come here, spend time reading, and even get to know each other, sharing tables and chatting. It has that modern vibe that people have embraced while still feeling like a classic British coffee house. The welcoming staff definitely contributes to the warm atmosphere!

All the employees here today were outstanding and incredibly helpful to customers. They went above and beyond to assist my friends and me, and I was truly impressed and moved by their kindness! Amazing service!
