What a fantastic little find! We visited about a month ago and needed two different types of pork ribs for a barbecue weekend. Finding St. Louis ribs in Stowe is quite a challenge, so I asked the staff if they could order some for me. Within a few days, I received a box filled with beautiful ribs to choose from.
