This review is going to be a day late... Went there yesterday after work, order to McDoubles and a small fry paid. Had to wait about 10 minutes in one of the pickup spots. Then it started pouring down. Rain felt bad for the young girl that had to come out and deliver my food along with two other people's foods that were waiting. But other than that the food was good. ? What A N W doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Had an appointment in the area so stopped in to change clothes and grab food before going to work; however neither soap dispenser in the bathroom worked. Doesn't give me confidence in the sanitary conditions, so I opted not to get food. View all feedback.

This place needs to step up its game. Ordered a plain hamburger with lettuce/tomato/mayo on app today (2/7/24) at lunch. Gave me a burger with lettuce/tomato/mayo/pickles/onion. Showed the manager, attempted to remake it correctly, but on the second attempt gave me a burger with lettuce/tomato/mayo/pickles. Please focus on getting the order right. The service was fast. It looked clean, and the playground is nice. Accuracy is very important.
I placed an order online and sent my grandpa to get it because I have COVID. Apparently they don't care, as he wasn't allowed to pick up my food despite having a screenshot of the confirmation from my phone. Instead of refunding me, he had to pay for it AGAIN and now I have to deal with getting my money back when I'm no longer sick. They didn't even get the order right even though it was right in front of them.
Cat was so helpful when I was checking out. Grateful for wonderful service!
