Luca’s has always made a great pie. The last two times I’ve ordered though, the pizza was undercooked with crust that was more dough than crust in about the middle 10” or so of the pie. I usually get the 18” or 24” which of course makes it very difficult to take out of the box or eat by hand when the crust is underdone to that extent. Maybe I just had a bad luck but twice I figured just to make sure you guys should be aware in case you need to remind staff of the right process so it doesn’t happen to too many orders and drag down your restaurant’s good name.
