Great little place, has a bit of everything. Had great customer service today regarding some products I paid for and left behind by mistake. Staff were really friendly and helpful. View all feedback.
What Philip Leech doesn't like about Cherry Lane Barnett Hill:
Went to see if I could find some autumn colour for the garden. What do I find, somethink that resembles a shopping centre , it's far to commercial and needs to be refined as ????? Its certainly not a garden centre. I went on Sat Sept 30th, for goodness sake Christmas is still 3 months away and what do we find at this place, Christmas being forced upon us by the inept attitude of this terrible place. People bringing dogs into the restaurant and sitting in the booths with the dog on the seat and the staff not saying anything, then you having a dog yapping not a pleasant experience, used to be nice in here at one time been a long time since we have been and it will be a long time before we come back.
Quite good but still part of restaurant blocked off due to ceiling leaking. It has been like this for months. Also wish they wouldn't let dogs into restaurant.

Booked the soft play online to then get a phone call to say they are full 2 days later and not to come even though the online booking system says they still have availability! No refund as of yet either!
What a lovely friendly place, I took my two elderly parents for their first outing in wheel chairs, and our dog. A lot of eateries should follow this garden centers ethos. A place for quiet dinner 's, elderly groups or business meetings, set aside in that area is a place for well behaved dogs. Just outside there is an area for the yappy ones. The youngster 's dinning and play area are in a separate area which does seem sound proof, to my own personal liking as I have tinnitus. All in all two elderly people enjoyed their afternoon out along with two soon to be pensioners accompanying them. The centre itself has a large array of (not) mainstream plant 's and herbs, it caters for nearly all gardening implements and ponds too, even a Barbie or two don 't get excited lads there is a q after Barbie. Down side I never saw a beer cooler in sight, well gardening is thirsty work, my Mrs believes me anyway. Good luck and keep it up guys, top notch.
