While I sat at the restaurant eating my meal, a couple of the staffs were making fun of the customers that ordered through the drive thru due to lack of communicating what they wanted to order. Also, one of the staff, possibly the shift supervisor, became highly upset (possibly due to a sick call from another staff? and began speaking a different language and she used a derogatory word that I would never use nor care to type on this post. Not sure if for a moment the staff members forgot that customers were present.
