After going to this Dunkin Donuts in the evening around 6 I was unsatisfied with how rude unprofessional and unethical the staff is. I waited more than 10 minutes in the drive thru. when I came to the window after not being spoken to in the drive thru The lady was on the phone giggling talking to someone when attempting to take my order. she greet me in a ignorant manner and I told her how long I have been waiting for and she called me a liar. She was giving me so much attitude and this is not acceptable at all.

I love bilingual people BUT why have this girl who barely speaks ENGLISH running the place. She had a black hoodie on, a name tag which was barely visible only thing I saw was the letter M. SHE messed up my order 3 times! I ordered the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, with hash browns and a coffee collate. Instead I was given the bacon cheddar bites and a hot coffee AND no hash browns.The second time, she made an ice coffee with a sausage egg and cheese on A croissant. The third time, I was given my coffee collata with the bacon egg and cheese and no Hash browns. She charged me two times, and would not give me the receipt, BECAUSE she said its NO . That makes no sense, I ASKED for the manager and again she say, NO . This is not FINE AND I wish for the people to know HOW this dunkin is run. I will not be coming here again, AND I ADVISE you and ur family 's don 't either!

Worst Dunks around. Chicks working there are surly, slow, the order is always wrong. This Dunks used to be great. Must have changed hands. Go to the one across the street. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The lines were long and I felt sorry for the one employee waiting on drive up and inside, cooking ,pouring, mixing and cashier. I gave her a nice tip but most didn't. Parking: It's at a gas station and I had to park at a pump and go inside. The drive up had 5 cars already so I went inside Service: Take out Meal type: Other
