Surprise to find this interesting, quaint and cozy Southern US food focused eatery at such an off-the-beaten-track location. For mains, we had Honey Fried Chicken and Coffee Rub Smoked Brisket. Both of which were nicely seasoned and un-expectedly delicious. What User doesn't like about The Smokery Kitchen & Bar:
We decided to try this place again as its handy to home and I love smoked meat. I tried the smoked half rack of ribs and my wife had the Gnocchi. Service was very good and the ribs were delicious. They have their own home made pickles-half dill, half sweet and very tasty. The gnocchi was ho hum but I would come back again to try their Brisket View all feedback.
We just had the most delicious dinner at the Smokery! What a fantastic place to eat. The owner Chris has done an amazing job of creating a unique menu full of such flavorful dishes. I was so excited to know that their fried dishes are gluten free and the best I have ever had! Absolutely LOVED the fried cauliflower and the honey fried chicken. Thank you Chris and to our server Bailey who was so friendly and welcoming! Oh and one more thing....the Caesars are excellent made with tequila!
Great atmosphere and food. Staff was sharp and the head chef owner was out in the dining room chatting with customers and staff; he also knows how to make a serious cocktail!
Had our son’s baptism reception at The Smokery and couldn’t be more happy. Buffet style menu was incredible and the service was standout as always. Chris was extremely accommodating towards some of the dietary restrictions our group had. Our guests were very impressed with the food, decor, atmosphere and service. We are hoping they all go back there to eat. Thanks to Chris and the staff!
Exceptional BBQ menu paired with seasonal local crafted beers. What is not to like? Hands down the best restaurant in Stouffville. Great customer service, amazing staff with a very hands on and passionate owner. The brisket was amazing, the best I've had in Canada. You have to visit the Smokery.
The food at The Smokery is fantastic! The Mac and Cheese is to die for and the wings are amazing. We held my daughters baptism there and EVERYONE in my big Italian family enjoyed everything from the gourmet Deviled Eggs to the Coffee Rub Brisket. Thanks for opening such an amazing place in Stouffville!!
