Osmow's Shawarma - Stouffville

Last night, I tried the falafel wrap with vegan garlic, and it was incredibly tasty. The staff member, Kashish, who prepared my order was very friendly. I enjoyed chatting with her for about five minutes while she made my meal. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

It’s not the mistakes that matter, but how you address them! My wife and I are huge fans of shawarma, but we’re not great with spicy food, so we were surprised by the heat level when we brought home two wraps. However, when we contacted Osmows Stouffville, they promptly remedied the situation and made us two perfect shawarmas! Thank you, team! Great job prioritizing customer satisfaction!

I really enjoy the chicken shawarma salads, and the portion sizes are very generous. The garlic sauce is truly delicious! It would be amazing if the franchise started bottling and selling it to the public. Just a thought!
