This quaint village pub is well-equipped and has a strong emphasis on dining, but we decided to stop by for just one pint after a lovely walk. We were greeted warmly and shown to a quiet area of the bar, where we were served with grace and charm. We also ran into some friends from one of our group and enjoyed a pleasant chat. Very friendly staff, eating came in good time despite very busy with tables 8 etc. eating was very nice, no complaining at all. cook came out to inform us before we ordered them to run out of new kartoffels, but roasting were in the offer, but it was great that he came out before. they love the Christmas decoration and the manager was also very pleasant when she burst around our table. very beautiful vibe pub.
Lovely pub that I have been frequent on and off for years. Currently a fab place for a pint, the guiness is cracking should you be concerned! Highly recommend if you are in the area for that classic pub feel for sure.

Had a lovely meal here for my dad's last night in the UK tonight 20.04.22 the staff was extremely friendly and so was the lady owner food was 5 stars aswell full of flavour and presented lovely
Great warm welcome, staff were friendly and quick and efficient service. Burger was amazing and churros are a great dessert recommendation Will definitely be returning Thank you Scott and Natalie and all the crown Team
